Refinancing multiple properties at once with same lender

I'd like to refinance my properties. Is it possible to refinance two properties in two different states, at one time, with the same lender?

If so, who?  OR does each refinance have to be completed separately?

Thanks

@Patrik Kusek Some may ask to do them separately. For example, we can do them at the same time but we would have to have each property be it's own loan since they are in different states. Docs have to reference the laws for each state. We can blanket or cross multiple properties on 1 loan so long as they are in the same state.
