FHA Loan and Renting

What I have been reading is that if I purchase a home with an FHA loan, I can then do an FHA refinance for the home after 7 months of on time payments AND I can prove that refinancing benefits me. After I do this FHA refinance, can I begin renting out my home right away instead of waiting the full year? (Assuming there isn't other language in the contract prohibiting me from doing so).
