I Need More Private Money

Hello Folks,

Anyone have tips on how to get a private money lender? How did you get your private money lender? Do you just go up to random people and tell them you need a bag of cash?? I feel a little weird doing that. :)

Please share your stories and tips on how you got your private money lenders and created that relationship.

Lauren,

Please go up to random people and ask for a bag of cash...but make sure you film it and post it to BP for our entertainment :)

I have had more offers lately from friends and family and I believe a lot of that is attributed to social media. Once I started posting more about our projects, people friends and friends of friends started calling. Aside from that, talk about real estate investing...A LOT!

There as some impressive fund raisers around BP, so hopefully they will chime in.
