Private Money Lender

Hello,

I am seeking advice from experienced money lenders on how they structured terms, what entities used in regards to legal/tax, checklist/requirements on who to lend to, how they vet borrowers, documents asked for, and "penalties" for extension of loan, etc; additional resources on how to analyze deals, and if there is a different perspective for being the lender.

Advice specific to using Self-Directed retirement accounts for lending also appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Bekah
