I need a lender that works in Tennessee for our 6th and 7th purchases- a SFH and an industrial. It's been 5 years since I last got a mortgage... what has changed in the mortgage world and what should I request? I've got sweet equity and cash flow in my current properties. I'm looking for a lender that will offer us a competitive loan package. Thanks for any guidance.
