paying rent is draining my pocket reason especially with the jobs I had I’m working survive I must change this !!!!

So my credit isn’t so good to get a loan just yet so I’m

Asking my mother as a lender , she has amazing credit who really isn’t update on real estate. Well I am so I’m giving her a business proposal to create generational wealth with patience. My first question is what loan would be best in the case scenario?

My mother’s will be asking a lot of questions what’s the simple important facts to tell her describing this story .

Any advice ?
