Certified Homeowner > Preapproved > Prequalified
I'm looking at getting pre-approved for my first home ever!
I stumbled on something called certified homeowner which sounds like it's one step closer to being a cash buyer.
I'm going through the process right now with ChurchillMortgage but wondering if anyone else has done this, any advice? I just realized I jumped in and haven't done a ton of research to see how legit this kind of thing is.
Any reason to be concerned?
Is Certified Homeowner really better than pre-approved?
