Hi all
Last I knew, banks offering FNMA or FNMA "style" financing (30 year / fixed / 1-4 unit non owner occ properties) did NOT allow properties to be held in LLC. Does anyone know if this has changed? I've still got a few 3 / 3 ARMS in the low 4's that I would like to lock in ... but not at 6 or 7%!!
