Can I sue a mortgage company

V Parrott
Posted

The mortgage company kept telling us we were missing documents due to the loan officer for some reason seemed to keep losing them and we had to keep sending the same documents over to him 2 and 3 times.

When we finally got the green light to close we had to push the closing date back again because their were no one to put the closing package together to send to the title company. The loan officer kept saying give him 30 minutes so he can get the closing package together but of course that never happened.

The loan officer kept telling different lies to my realtor and Us about what was going on with the closing package/process. The situation took so long until the loan officer stop answering the telephone/ taking our phone calls.

Now we have to start the whole process over with a local company in our hometown but it hurts that we wasted so much time with this company
