Refi a HELOC into a 30yr
I acquired a from a wholesaler that had a HELOC loan of 80k. Come to find out after that the amount due every month changes, so now its in foreclosure despite my regular payments of what I thought was the amount due.
I need to refi it into my name so I can stabilize the payments. Has anyone done something like this?
I realize this is a mess I created and I am hoping to learn from it.
Thanks to all those on these forums.
