Mortgage Products - What terms are investors looking for?
As a smaller local lender I’m looking to grow our mortgage portfolio to target investors. The goal is to develop a new loan product specifically for rehabs/flips, what types of loan products/terms would you like to see? For the flippers out there, what types of financing have you secured in the past and what do you wish you could have changed about the terms?
