@Reuel Li thanks for posting! Always great to hear from a fellow Texan. Bigger Pockets does have some good state specific forums and Texas is their most active forum. Feel free to post there if you ever need some more "local" advice about things.
But there are TONS of other resources rather than "bank" money. I suggest that every real estate investor have at least 4 sources of money. So keep searching and you'll find more sources. Other local, real estate investors will be your best resource to finding these too. Thanks!
