Questions to ask Mortgage Brokers and Banks

After doing part-time rentals in Hoboken throughout my college years, now that I've graduated Rutgers, I'm making the transition into full-time sales in my area. I'm meeting with a number of real estate brokers and banks in the coming days/weeks and I'm interested in your opinions on what type of questions I should be asking them. Any input/help is greatly appreciated.
