Max LTV cashout refi's on Primary residence
Hi, I am working with several lenders to do a cashout refi on my primary residence. I plan on using the cash to pay off bad debt and increase cashflow to better position position me financially as i pursue potential lending for real estate investments. Im new to real estate and have an awesome mentor helping me!
The lenders I am talking to can only offer up to 80% LTV. I do not qualify for VA. Will lenders go above 80% or is this non negotiable? They won't budge....
