Seeking funding in Columbus GA, flip property

Seeking funding in Columbus GA. My wife and I have flipped 4 properties in Milwaukee, but have recently moved and are looking to get into the market in this area. Currently looking at a home ARV 230,000 hoping to pickup the property for 100,000 and needs approx 60k in renovations. Good credit, steady income. Trying to go a route other than hard money, or at least pay the interest after sale of home.
