20% seller finance & 80% conventional
Curious to know how difficult it would be to have a bank finance the 80 percent if the seller is willing to let me use there seller finance to cover the other 20 percent. What are everyone’s thoughts? Can something like this work with a motivated/flexible seller? What are the trouble I would run into?
