Interviewing Lenders for 1099 applicant
Hi, I am in the midst of building my foundation and team in a new market where I do not have a lot of relationships yet. I have found some great checklists and question lists for interviewing PM's on here and wondered if there was something similar for calling on lenders?
I have been a 1099 (CRE broker) for past 10 years. I routinely hear people talking of creative financing with lenders. Are there certain programs I should be asking about when talking to lenders? Understand it likely depends on type of asset they are lending on too.
Thanks!
