Buying a home using FHA, with the military clause

I'm active duty military and have a home I used my VA loan to purchase but is now a rental due to me being moved overseas. I want to buy a Quadplex to live in when I retire in 3 years. I read on the FHA guidelines that an AD military member can buy a home now with using FHA but don't have to occupy it until discharged from the service.Are there any lenders or mortgages brokers familiar with this? Also, any restrictions with having a VA loans and FHA loan at the same time?
