Cashing out our portfolio

Hi Guys, looking for your advice and recommendations.

We have an LLC, constructed of two partners, one of them has an SSN and a credit score, the other is a foreign resident (lives outside the US)

Our LLC has three properties (townhouses' in Philadelphia), all of them bought from equity, no loans, or mortgage on the houses.

We're looking to cash out some or all of our properties in order to buy more. our desired LTV will be ~50-60%.

Could you recommend long-term loan brokers who can deal with this kind of situation and terms?

Thanks in advance

Asaf
