Refinance at cap Rate?

Hello All,

I am looking to get some advise on refinancing a multi family building.

I heard on one of The podcasts that there is way to reference at cap rate instead of appraisal price.

I’m having a hard time finding such a lender or getting any leads.

Has anyone done this or have any information ?

All advise will be appreciated!
