Setting up series LLC in texas

I am about to buy an IP in texas and thinking to set up series LLC. Could anyone recommend a good and reasonable price attorney to set up series LLC in texas?

If i set up a series LLC in texass, does it mean I can only use it to purchase IP in texas or can I put another state IP in its arm?
