Moving properties to an LLC
I have an LLC and intend to move a couple commercial properties under it. Lender has said that that will result in the loan being called? I have heard others talk about doing this and mention that lender is not likely to call loan but it's new to me and makes me quite nervous.

@Curtis Prince Yes, if it's in the loan docs the lender can call it. You're correct in that many ties it's fine and nothing happens, but keep in mind they have that right.
