New investors looking fir tips and stuff to get some more knowledge and mentor to help learn more about the business and the market we’re in. Good with numbers but looking for mentor to help guide on our journey.

I suggest going to a local REI meet up in your area and networking from there or looking for someone who invests in your market if you are doing it out-of-state. BP is great and so is FB groups.
