Getting a home loan right out of high school

Hey guys

I have a little nephew very ambitious he started asking me could I buy a house right out of high school I said I don’t think so but after doing a quick Google search I started reading and learned that you need to have two years worth of full-time student history and if you also have full-time employment right out of school you could potentially get a home loan does anyone have an idea if this is true or could it work and if so do you have any lenders that you can suggest.

Thanks!
