Lender who will loan on cheap sfh's with no qualification...cant remember the name

I remember a company out there that will loan on rented sfh and multifamily props without any pay-stubs, credit check, etc. but I cant remember their name. They were basically like hard money...the deal is the only qualification but the terms were much, much cheaper than HML...more like conventional rates. The catch was they'd only loan around $10-20k on a property. I'm hoping the collective memory of bigger pockets can point me in the right direction. Thanks
