I live and invest in Cincinnati market. Do you know if I can get fixed rate, conventional Loans for 10 properties? Have you worked with a local bank that offers that?

I can tell you my name is on 8 conventional mortgage notes. They are with a mix of lenders (different geographical areas as well). I have not had any issues getting approved for mortgages 5 - 8.
