Rentals - Financing options for new investors, FICO 500-640
I am a realtor in Dallas, TX, and I have several new investors interested in buying rentals, but their credit scores are 500-640. Their downpayment is about 10% on average. What are their best options for getting their rentals financed, outside of seller financing?
