Local lending options

Hello all I just refinanced my personal property through key bank and the process was not easy to say the least. It took the underwriter over a month to review my file and it felt like we were going through hoops to just get the loan done. Long story short I’m wondering if anyone has had better luck with smaller banks or different lending options in the buffalo area. More so moving forward for investment properties and not my personal residence

Hey There @Joshua Esplugas Almost all of the investors that I work with, work with local private lenders.  We typically can close portfolios or refis within a 3 week period.  It really does depend on the area, who you are working with etc.
