Hello all, I’m looking for a cpa recommendation in the buffalo area. Wondering what my long term steps should be with forming an llc or not. Currently own 4 properties with a partner and we want to figure out the best option for our long term goal. Thanks for your help! 

Hello all I just refinanced my personal property through key bank and the process was not easy to say the least. It took the underwriter over a month to review my file and it felt like we were going through hoops to just get the loan done. Long story short I’m wondering if anyone has had better luck with smaller banks or different lending options in the buffalo area. More so moving forward for investment properties and not my personal residence

Hello I currently own 2 properties. One I live in and also am in the process of a flip property in Buffalo NY. I'd like to invest into rental properties long term, and I understand the process of taking overall revenue and subtracting my liabilities, (insurance, taxes, cap ex, repairs, vacancy, mortgage if there is one etc). I also understand that the rental ROI might be different in different cities. I'm mainly aiming for a 20% ROI in Buffalo NY, but I'm not sure if that's realistic. I'm looking for landlords that have properties in the buffalo area that can share what they generally expect for their ROI. Thanks!
