Who Finances below $50K?

Hello Investors,

I am in search of a lending group that will refinance my current investment property from a high 9% APR to a lower interest rate. I purchased my investment property through a no doc loan and it is located in St. Louis, MO with a balance of $45K. I'm located in California and I can't seem to find a lender that will refinance my current balance. Any suggestions of viable lenders that can save me from my high interest rate is greatly appreciated.
