REFI issues...lender hasn't funded
Hi all...I'm not sure I'm in the right forum for this but wanted to see if anyone knows or has had the same type issue. We signed on our REFI on 25AUG at the Title office. Funding was supposed to happen on 1SEP. As of today 08SEP, there has been no funding. Lender claims they took on too many loans and are behind. Wondering if anyone has any experience with this? Do I have any legal rights? I thought we had a signed contract. Does that not mean anything?
Thanks in advance!
Brandon
