Private Money Lender Verification and Feedback - AC FIDELITY LLC

Have a lender offering me 6% on a land refinance. He is asking for 2 points upfront with 1 rolled over into the loan and 1 upfront post-term sheet. I am afraid to pay 1% upfront as I have heard of horrid stories of money going and never seen loan coming into your account. Very risky. 

Anyone know this company - AC Fidelity LLC
