Has anyone done any deals with small community banks or Hardmoney lenders in Florida? I’m looking to expand my rental property portfolio, so I need help with financing. I have one rental now that’s doing well. I want to continue the journey but being careful not to get myself in trouble.


what are some pitfalls I should avoid when working with a Hardmoney lender?
