Stated Income / No Doc / International Loans (CA, Los Angeles)

I am in the process of helping my parents buy a house in Los Angeles, CA. However, as my parents have international income they are struggling to work with traditional financing.

Context on their situation / status: - 80% LTV target - ~$2M home in Los Angeles city under escrow (~45 days until closing) - ~$100k W2 salary they pay themselves - ~$300k international income - More than 24 months' PTI reserves in cash after 20% down - US Citizens

Anyone have any nodoc / stated income / international income friendly lenders that they would recommend that are active in the Los Angeles market that might work for our situation? Any and all references welcome, thank you!
