Using private investor for first flip
Has anyone used a private investor on your first fix and flip or buy to hold?
If so how did you explain the profits and the process?
Was printing out a report and explaining the numbers the way you got them on board?
Did they already have REI experience?
Did they have their own interest rate in mind?
Did the loan cover rehab costs? Or did they even consider 100% funding if the deal was good enough?
