Seeking Fannie Mae Mortgage Broker

We are currently doing due diligence on a 16-unit Sec 8 property in Wyoming. The list price is currently $750,000- we should be able to get it for $650,000. Our local bank (they're a portfolio lender) has been great to work with on SFR flips and BRRRs, but they don't do anything with Fannie Mae loans. We're trying to see if it's possible to get a 30-year loan on this deal. Does anyone have an recommendations or advice to secure favorable financing on something like this?
