Just refinanced, Now Want to Turn Primary Res Into a Rental

Hi there! I just closed on refinancing my primary residence that I have lived in since 2016. One of the things I signed in the documents is that I intend to keep the property as my primary residence. To be specific, it said "Borrower will continue to occupy and use the Property as Borrower's principal residence for at least one year from the date that the Borrower first occupied the Property." I'm freaking out, because my partner and I have suddenly (and seriously) begun talking about moving out of state in the next couple of months, and converting this to a rental. Does what I signed exclude us from being able to do so, as it's one year from date of the refinance? Or one year from 2016? HELP! Worried I'm in a predicament!
