Canadians borrowing for US properties
Hello everyone,
Does anyone have experience dealing with lending for foreign nationals? Or have foreign business partners?
Am Canadian and my business partner is American.
Want to ensure we don't max out his DTI. Want to split the debt equally but not sure how to do that.
Any insights will be appreciated.
Thank you.
Sincerely,
Alice
