Refinance now? Or wait until rates go further down?

Hello,

My current rate is at 3.5(30yr conv) and I am wondering if I should refinance now or wait for the rates to further go down? Looks like the best I can get now is 2.5 on a 30yr conv.

Also this will be my first time refinancing and a bit nervous on how to drive the conversation as I am not sure on what questions to ask and what pitfalls to avoid. Appreciate your inputs.
