I’m looking for highly recommended private and hard money lenders in the Hickory and Charlotte area of North Carolina.  This would be my first Real Estate investment, therefor I am not experienced in obtaining this kind of financing.  Any suggestions or referrals would be greatly appreciated!  Thanks everyone!

@Jeremy Toney I personally would focus on locking down a primary residence first before playing in the investment world. Consider the BRRRR method as well.
