Hello,

I have a deal with a buyer that has backed out as their funding source did not come through. One of the newbie mistakes, did not screen my buyer thoroughly. Lesson learned, moving on!

Is anyone able to refer me to a private money lender for a property purchase in my area here?

Any references will be greatly appreciated.
