Breckenridge CO Competitive Long-term Financing Options for STRs

We own several successful short term rental properties in Breckenridge, Colorado. Each property is owned by a separate LLC and has a true "investment property" loan with a local portfolio lender on 5/1 or 7/1 ARMs. These are properties I would like to hold for a long time and lock in the lowest cost of capital for as long as possible. Given my Christian principles and day job in the lending industry, I will not do anything unethical in order to get access to 30 year primary residence/second home fixed rates by misrepresenting how I am using the property as some have suggested to me in the past. Is the BP community aware of good alternative long-term financing options for my situation? Thanks!
