How to buy Auction Homes

Raul Barranco
Posted

Hey guys newbie investor trying to figure out how to acquire an auctioned home without cash. Most real estate agents I speak to talk to me like I am crazy or as it’s impossible or incredibly complicated. I’m here to get some expert advise on various methods to accomplish this. Is it feasible to obtain a Hard money loan to purchase auction home and later refinance to a traditional loan? If so how would that process look. If not what are recommended methods? Thanks in advance 🙏🏽
