On a hunt for a lender

Hello BP friends,

My husband and I are under contract on our first investment property out of state in Rockledge, Florida.

We are currently, looking for a preferred lender that will help us on refinancing our rental property in order to pay back our HELOC. Due to the fact that we are cash buyers, we are closing pretty fast, in 2 weeks. We plan to rehab it and rent it out. We are essentially attempting to do the BRRRR strategy. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as we are new to this.

If anyone also, recommends a great insurance company that is based in Rockledge. Would love the feedback.
