How to choose a bank for refinancing

Hi Everyone,

I have reached out to a few lenders about refinancing our duplex. We want to lower our rate and refi from FHA to conventional. Two of the lenders I have spoken with have offered similar rates and LTV terms.

My question for you all is what other items would you consider when choosing which bank to work with? They're both well known, local banks. They were prompt in their response and friendly to speak with.

Thanks in advance for the input!

Tom
