I used private money to purchase my 2nd investment this year but the investor wants a NOTE, does anyone have a template or recommend anyone in TX to do one? I used 180k from investor & 30k of my own money to purchase, the investor will be providing additional 90k for rehab, how can I drawl up the paperwork, where I can refi within 6 months to at least payoff the full NOTE and maybe take cash out?
