US Citizen living abroad looking for a mortgage loan

I'm a US citizen living abroad and work for a bank as a full time employee. I file US taxes every year.

I'm interested in buying house in NC or TX area. Please let me know if you work with a direct lender that is able to help with a conventional mortgage for a credit score of 751.
