Hi all!

We are selling our primary residence and have received a so-so offer from someone using a NACA loan. Does anyone have experience with this from the seller's perspective? We went under contract last week and it fell through but we're also under contract to buy another house so we don't want to get bogged down in something that is likely to fall apart...
