Best rates and terms for HELOC

Hello,

I am shopping for HELOC, does anyone have any recommendation on any particular bank/lender that offers best rates and terms for the HELOC?

Earlier, I had gotten good pretty good rate. Prime +0.75 for 90% LTV with no annual fees, no account opening fees or fees of any other kind except for early closing fees, if the account was closed within a year. Moreover, six months introductory 2.5% interest for the first six months.
