Is it possible to refi with good credit but high DTI ratio
I have dealt with a couple of lenders whom have told me initially they could get me refinanced but it came down to the same thing each time, which was everything looks good except my debt to income ratio is high. This has prevented me from being able to purchase additional rental property. Are there lenders that work with situations like these? Suggestions welcomed
